"I am honestly going to kill you for this." You sighed looking up to the sky. Yesterday Legolas persuaded you to go with him to scout and rain caught you. and now you had a nasty fever and could barely handle with keeping up. Of course no one noticed, you were just slowly walking as the last member of the Fellowship, every question 'bout what's going on you answered with 'I'm fine.' Well, that was until you slipped and fainted. Then everyone just knew something is wrong. You didn't want to slow the Fellowship down but even Gandalf was saying you should rest. You could infect other members of the group so you had a 'bed' many steps away from others. And in the same time away from the bonfire.
Covering yourself with a blanket you closed your eyes, trying to sleep. You were shaking of cold but in the same time you felt like melting like a snowman on a dessert. Your head hurt and your throat was sore like never before. 'Stupid fever. Stupid Legolas. Stupid sickness!' You thought angry.
"(Y/N)?" You heard a silent, soft and very well known to you man's voice. Aragorn. "Are you alright?"
"You know this is the worst question to ask right now?" You asked sarcastically. He chuckled a bit and sat on the ground next to you. "I think I should return to Rivendell... I am just slowing all of you-"
"Now you're just being an idiot, (Y/N)." He shook his head. "You are not slowing us down. You're member of the Fellowship, we need you. I need you." His forehead was touching yours and you closed your eyes, humming happy. "You're burning." He spoke up pulling gently away.
"Fever." You said it like it was the ugliest word in the world. "Fever is a bitch." He laughed.
"I see you're swearing only when you're sick now." He smirked and pulled you closer to him. "How about some water? I think you might need it." You nodded and watched him walk away to grab some water. When he returned you could see concern on his face.
"What?" You asked looking up at him as he hand over to you the water. "Aragorn is something wrong?"
"No just- We have to go pass Caradhras. If you won't recover... passing it might in the best scenario make you far more sick." You gulped.
"I think I know what would happen in the worst scenario." You mumbled and drank a little of cold water. Oh that was nice, few seconds of release for your sore throat. But then it came back again. Crap. "Shit." You cursed. Aragorn raised his eyebrow.
"What?"
"Now probably everyone who will drink from this will be sick." He couldn't help but burst into laugh.
"I-I did not think about it." He admitted and pulled you into a tight hug. "You feel any better?"
"Now yes." You hummed into his chest. He chuckled softly and gently stroked your hair. You hear slight footsteps and Legolas saying something in elvish to Aragorn. Their conversation ended after few seconds. When you felt Aragorn is about to move, you growled. "Don't you dare move right now." You warned with face in his chest.
"(Y/N)... I should talk about our plan with others."
"If you'll move I will bite your ears off, I swear." You glared at him. He did not have to talk with them about the plan, Legolas just thought Aragorn might get sick by spending so much time with you, since you had a fever. To be honest, you would agree on this, but it was so comfortable and you weren't shaking finally! There was no force in the whole Middle Earth that would make you let him move.
"Something tells me you're not joking." Aragorn smirked placing his hand on your hair. You hummed in agreement and he chuckled. "Alright, move a bit." You did as he say and he lied down next to you. You covered him with your blanket and he kissed gently your forehead, pulling you closer. His arm was around your waist, and the other one was on your arm, as your head lied on his chest. You could hear his heart beat.
"You're a wonderful pillow." You mumbled making him laugh a bit.
"You definetely have a fever." He shook his head and kissed your forehead one more time. "Sleep (Y/N), you will need it."
You didn't argue. Just let yourself fell asleep.

Melamin. ( Haldir x pregnant!reader)
You laid a hand on your pregnant belly and leaned back against the tree as you looked around in the large forest. A sigh escaped your lips as you once again waited for your husband to come.
You knew he was busy with his duties, but you were heavily pregnant with his child and starving for attention. You hardly saw your husband anymore and that saddened you.
Haldir stepped inside the clearing where he knew his lovely wife would be, it was after all here he asked you to marry him. He saw you sitting peacefully underneath the tall tree by the river and a small smile appeared on his lips.
The young elf never thought you could get more beautifu

"You better leave me alone!" You yelled, running a hand through your hair while you picked up your weapon. "Elf Prince.." You grumbled.
Legolas smiled softly and made sure he had all of his arrows before he cleaned off his sword. "You needed my hep and you knew it. Foolish Human Princess."
Sighing, you moved closer to him. "Do not test me. I could kill you now if I wanted to."
"No you couldn't. Orcs would kill you before you could even have time to kill me." He said, slipping his sword back into its cover. "Shouldn't you get back to your father?"
"Shouldn't you be getting back to your father?" You teased.
